With the support of science and technology, Qixia fruit industry continues to upgrade. Since 2017, Qixia has invested a total of 1.91 billion yuan to promote more than 50 high-quality new varieties, cultivate more than 3.99 million high-quality seedlings, and build or upgrade 65,000 mu of standardized apple planting demonstration gardens. In the industrial park, 191 village party branch leaders and cooperatives have been established to carry out large-scale, intensive, standardized and branded operations, and to establish and improve the "production + processing + technology + marketing" system.
