Jinshuai, also known as Jinguan, originated in the United States. The variety is suitable for cultivation in cold, cool and rainless areas, with an average annual temperature of 9 ℃ - 11 ℃ and precipitation of less than 700mm. The fruit ripened in early September. It has the characteristics of high and stable yield. The average weight of golden apple is 180g, long round. The fruits cultivated in low altitude area are oblate. The pericarp is yellow green at the bottom and golden yellow at maturity. The meat is fine, sweet and fragrant, suitable for fresh food, easy to produce fruit rust, and will be soft after storage. All dwarf and virus-free rust free varieties have been introduced. Since the 1980s, the Red Fuji variety, which is red in color, sweet and crisp in flesh and resistant to storage and transportation, has gradually replaced Jinshui as the main variety.
